    Estimated value: 100 000 $

The Ivankiv territorial community is located at a remote distance from the nearest settlements where rehabilitation services are provided. There are no facilities in neighboring communities (Poliska, Dymerska) that offer rehabilitation services. Therefore, the target audience of the project is approximately 25,000 individuals who require rehabilitation services (individuals affected by armed aggression from the Russian Federation, individuals affected by the Chernobyl accident, adults and children with disabilities).

Capital Repair of a Portion of the Building for the Rehabilitation Center

    The project has investment attractiveness

The idea of creating a rehabilitation center in the Nemishayivska community emerged after the de-occupation following a full-scale invasion. We began to witness the repercussions of war on our population, both physically and psychologically. We realized the crucial need within our community for a high-quality rehabilitation center. While soldiers defend our independence on the front lines, sacrificing part of their health, we must do everything in the rear to enable them to live independent lives. Rehabilitation is another opportunity to ensure their personal independence. The goal of establishing the rehabilitation center is to organize comprehensive assistance in recovery and rehabilitation for combatants, military personnel injured or traumatized during the war in Ukraine, community members, and internally displaced persons. This will aid in full social adaptation to peaceful life, contribute to the restoration of physical and psychological health, effective social behavior, and strengthen personal and social status.Through the project's implementation, thousands of people will receive quality physical and psychological rehabilitation assistance, facilitating effective adaptation to peaceful and safe life—a crucial aspect for societal health.Target groups:● Combatants affected by the war in Ukraine● War veterans● Children with special needs and youth with disabilities● Internally displaced persons in need of assistance
