Kremenchuk Regional Clinical Hospital for War Veterans
A multidisciplinary healthcare facility is a municipal unitary non-profit enterprise that provides primary and tertiary (highly specialised) medical care services aimed at preserving, improving and restoring the health of disabled people and war veterans, participants of the anti-terrorist operation, participants of the Revolution of Dignity and other persons equated to them in terms of benefits, as well as disabled people from among the children of war and other citizens, subject to availability of vacant places.
Project for the Reconstruction of Kremenchuk Regional Clinical Hospital for War Veterans
Development and reconstruction of a comprehensive rehabilitation center with a full range of services including:
● diagnosis,● treatment,● prosthetics,● rehabilitation,● psychological support, and integration of patients with disabilities into society.● Expanding service capacity through human resources to serve more patients both inpatient and outpatient. New modern ergo- and therapeutic halls, assistive technology rooms, and modern interior design considering accessibility requirements for people with limited mobility will be established.
The hospital reconstruction will improve the quality of life for adults through comprehensive rehabilitation and create opportunities for their socialization and prospects for an independent future. It will also help achieve specific individual patient goals.
Establishment of a Modern X-ray Diagnostic Cabinet for KREMENCHUK REGIONAL CLINICAL HOSPITAL FOR WAR VETERANS
At present, the hospital operates an X-ray department with outdated equipment, one from 1993 and another from 1983.
A modern digital X-ray machine eliminates the need for film processing, provides instant image acquisition, allows for image storage, and enables diagnosis using computer technology. Images obtained through X-ray radiation are processed digitally, simplifying the diagnostic process.
Transitioning to digital technology will significantly increase the throughput of the X-ray department, reduce patient radiation exposure, and decrease result waiting times. It will also allow for editing and processing of images to facilitate diagnosis and disease specificity determination for specialists.
Based on the above, the Public Utility 'KROKSH for War Veterans' requires a new modern digital X-ray system with three workstations, a dynamic detector, and accompanying equipment (personal computer and medical printer). This includes the dismantling of old equipment, installation of new equipment, and current repairs to the X-ray diagnostic department.
