PROSTHETICS AND REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation of patients at Superhumans Center takes place according to a multidisciplinary approach, where patients are actively involved in each stage of the individual rehabilitation plan. After receiving prostheses, patients undergo a rehabilitation process aimed at achieving maximum independence (physical therapy, occupational therapy, hydrotherapy).
EXPANDING MEDICAL EXPERTISE
Expanding the medical expertise of Ukrainian rehabilitation specialists Superhumans Center conducts an educational programme for Ukrainian multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams working with amputees. As part of the programme, such specialists come to Superhumans and undergo theoretical and practical training. The theoretical part consists of narrowly selected topics related to working with people with amputations. The practical part involves working out the acquired knowledge and mentoring by Superhumans center specialists during practical classes.
RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY
In February 2023, Superhumans Center launched a reconstructive surgery service. The new department will begin operations using reconstruction technology and plastic surgery for traumatic injuries received during the war.
