ReNOVO: Space for recovery and development

The ReNOVO complex is an ecosystem of projects united in synergy around the medical-rehabilitation center "Veteran's Estate," aimed at the medical, physical, and psychological recovery of veterans, their families, and other socially vulnerable groups, as well as the "Veteran's Clinic," which aims to unite state and private medical institutions in assisting vulnerable segments of society.The ReNOVO concept entails the creation of a rehabilitation-treatment center, outpatient clinic, supported living complex, mental health and spiritual recovery center, patriotic upbringing children's camp, gerontology center, sports training complex, educational, art therapy centers, administrative-service center, and more.The ReNOVO space will prevent the marginalization of veterans, their families, internally displaced persons, members of families of the disappeared Defenders of Ukraine, and assist in their adaptation to peaceful life and full integration into communities.At the core of its activities are treatment and rehabilitation, mental and physical recovery, spiritual healing, education, and social entrepreneurship. The ReNOVO ecosystem is intended to be part of national and international programs initiated by the state and partners.

NEW EQUIPMENT FOR MEDICAL CHARITY PROGRAMMES

Center for Medical Innovations – charitable foundation (NOVO Medical Center) is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation. Since the beginning of its work, the Charitable Programme «Innovative Diagnostics at the NOVO Medical» has been operating to provide free diagnostics to seriously ill patients in three children's hospitals in Lviv. After the aggression of russian federation in 2022, new areas of assistance were introduced: internally displaced persons, veterans, patients of Lviv military hospitals, and family members of military personnel. The British Embassy in Ukraine provided grant funds in 2023 and only during the period of validity (July 2023 – February 2024), 2317 free high-tech examinations such as MRI scans, computer tomography, ultrasound, and endoscopy were performed. The work continues at its own expense. In total, over 10 years, NOVO has provided 7510 free and 3312 preferential diagnostic examinations. For further activities, it is necessary to update the fleet of medical equipment: Toshiba Aplio Platinum (2 pcs.), BTL-4110 SMART laser (1 pc.), SONIC-Stim Pro UT 1041 ultrasound therapy device (1 pc.), UE-Stimu Combo Ct 1022 combined therapy device (1 pc.) or their equivalents. As well as three flexible MRI coils (shoulder, spine, abdominal and pelvic) for the Optima MR450w 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging scanner manufactured by GE Healthcare.
