Razom for Ukraine, in close collaboration with local health facilities and government organizations, including the Ministry of Health, is recruiting and deploying international health care professionals for critically needed interventions and training throughout Ukraine. Razom has been conducting medical missions since 2016 by implementing Co-Pilot Project in Razom Health direction.

The impact of the missions is multi-fold: patients get access to surgeries and treatments that are otherwise unavailable or underdeveloped in Ukraine; Ukrainian doctors learn and master the new procedures by working side-by-side with international colleagues; lastly, the host institutions are supplied with necessary equipment.
